On July 10, 2006, the Plaintiff filed a mechanics' lien claim with the Prothonotary of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, 2006 Term No. 06-3862, a copy of which is attached hereto at Exhibit "A". WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff demands judgment of the Defendant in the amount of $12,656.49, together with interest plus attorney's fees and other costs the Court deems just and proper.
