STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, FCM BUILDERS, INC., the OWNER of the real estate described below, has or is about
to execute a contract with FCM BUilDERS. INC. , whose principal business address is _
13 MOUNT AllEN DRIVE. MECHANIMCSBURG. PA 17055 , Pennsylvania, to construct a
single family dwelling upon lands situate at lOT #8, RIDGE DRIVE, CARLISLE, CUMBERLAND COUNTY,
PENNSYLVANIA, and more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit' A' attached hereto and made a
part hereof; and,

NOW, THEREFORE, this ~ day of --JUvU.. , 2006, before any authority had been given
by FCM BUilDERS. INC. to commence work on said facilities, or purchase materials
for same, in consider~ion of making of the above-described Contract with FCM BUilDERS, INC., Owner,

and in further consideration of One ($1,00) Dollar paid to the general contractor by FCM BUilDERS, INC.,
Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, it is agreed that no liens or claims shall be filed or
maintained against the Owner's facilities and the land above-described, or upon FCM BUilDERS, INC., the
Owner, by the generalrcontractor, or any of its subcontractors, or by any of the materialmen or workmen,
or any other person acting through or under them, for or on eccount of any labor, or materials purchased,
or extra labor or mat~rials purchased for, towards, in or about the erection, construction, design and
improvement of seid f~cilities, under said contract or otherwise, the right to have, file and maintain such
liens or claims against,the facilities, the land above-described, and FCM BUilDERS, INC., the Owner, being
hereby expressly waived by the general contractor for itself, its subcontractors, all materialmen, or
workmen and other acting through or under them.

ALL that certain tract of land situate in MIDDLESEX TOWNSH~, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being identified as Lot 8 as shown on a plan of lots known as Ridge Estates,
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in
Plan Book 91 on page 8, and being more fully described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in Ridge Drive (f-S71), at a common property comcrofLot #8 and Lot
#9 of the Final Subdivision Plan for Ridge Estates; thence through said Ridge Drive (f -571) and
along said Lot #9, South 08 degrees 27 minutes 59 seconds East, a distance of 496.19 feet to a
point at a common property comer of Lot #8, Lot #9 and lands now or late of George C. Wolfe,
Jr.; thence along said lands now or late of George C. Wolfe, Jr., South 83 degrees 45 minutes 17
seconds We.'lt, a distance of 199.86 feet to a point in South Middlesex Road (f-590); thence
through said South Middlesex Road (T-590), North 08 degrees 30 minutes 00 sccond.~ West, a
distance of 488.94 feet to an intersecting point in South Middlesex Road (T-59O) and Ridge
Drive (f -571); thence through said Ridge Drive the following two (2) courses:
1. North 82 degrees 20 minutes 44 seconds East, a distance of 133.71 feet to
a point; thence
2. North 80 degrees 19 minutes 39 seconds Ealrt, a distance of 66.32 feet to a
point,
at a common property comer of Lot #8 and Lot #9, said point being the point ofBF..GINNING.
SAID LOT CONTAINJNG a gross area of98,285.92 square feet (2.2563) IICl'CS and a net area of
76,230.25 square feet (1.7500 acres) to the Dedicated Right-of-Wsy Lines of South Middlesex Road
(1-590) and Ridge Driw (T-57 I )
ALSO BEING KNOWN and numbered as 2 Ridge Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013,
ALSO BEING KNOWN and identified by the Cumberland County Tax Assessment Office as
Map and Parcel number 21-08-0573-031.
FURTHER UNDER AND SUBJECT to the Protective Covenants, Restrictions and
Reservations of RitltI~ &fates set forth in that certain instrument in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Record Book 719, Page 2157.
