FIRST: I direct that all of my funeral expenses be paid. SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath the real property located at and known as 105 Bungalow Road, East Pennsboro Township, Enola, Pennsylvania, along with all of the f~rniture. and fixtures contained therein, and Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) to RENNIE L.
