WHEREAS, ROBERT E. MARTIN AND HEATHER J. MARTIN of
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a
contract, with FARINELLI CONSTRUCTION, INC. of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, for the erection lof a RESIDENTIAL HOME building upon a lot of land
situate
ATTACHED EXHIBIT 'N
Now, , at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said OWNER to the
said CONTRACTOR to conup.ence work on the said building, or purchase materials for
the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with OWNER and the further
consideration of one Dollar, to CONTRACTOR paid by OWNER it is agreed that no lien
shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of
the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased,
or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The land referred to in this Policy is described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in Upper Allen Township. Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern dedicated right of way line of North Meadow Drive, said point being on the
dividing line between Lot Nos. 53 and 55 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said dividing
line North 42 degrees 32 minutes 39 seconds East. 200.06 feet to a point; thence South 47 degrees 27 minutes
21 seconds East, 125.00 feet to a point on the dividing line between Lot Nos. 51 and 53 on the hereinafter
mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said dividing line South 42 degrees 32 minutes 39 seconds West, 200.06
feet to a point on the eastern dedicated right of way line of North Meadow Drive; thence along the eastern
dedicated right of way iine of North Meadow Drive, North 47 degrees 27 minutes 21 seconds West, 125.00 feet
to a point on the dividing line between Lot Nos. 53 and 55 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, the place
of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 53 in Section II, Phase V, Final Subdivision Plan of Meadowview Estates, said Plan being
recorded in the Cumberiand County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 87, page 52.
