ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the
Township of Dickinson in the County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of Yellow Breeches Road (T-463) at
the dividing line between Lots Nos. 3 and 4 on the hereinafter mentioned
subdivision plan; thence along said dividing line, North 06 degrees 04
minutes 03 seconds East, 300.00 feet to a point; thence along the ~
dividing line between Lots Nos. 4 and 5 on said plan, South 83 degrees 55
minutes 57 seconds East, 180.00 feet to a point; thence continuing along
same, South 06 degrees 04 minutes 03 seconds West, 300.00 feet to a point
in the centerline of said Yellow Breeches Road; thence along said
centerline, North 83 degrees 55 minutes 57 seconds West, 180.00 feet to a
point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING further described as Lot No. 4 on the final subdivision plan for
Shady Grove prepared by Steven G. Fisher, R.S., dated July 5, 1987 and
revised as of October 1, 1987 and recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book
54, Page 23.
