sum of $3,979.59, plus additional attorneys fees and costs incurred thereafter, for sewer rents due
the said Silver Spring Township Authority, said Claim filed against property owned by you in
Silver Spring Township, located at 46 Warwick Circle, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17050, as
more particularly described in said Claim, and said property being further described in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 261, Page

AND WHEREAS, we have been given to understand that said Claim is still due and
unpaid, and remains a lien against the said property;
