WHEREAS, COMMERCE BANK/HARRISBURG, N.A. ("Tenant")l, the Tenant
of the real estate described herein has executed a Contract dated ~.~ i~, 2~7,
with PREMIER CONSTRUCTION GROUP, INC. ("Contractor"), whose principal
place of business is located at 39 South York Road, Dillsburg, PA 17019 l br the
construction of certain leasehold improvements to said real estate situat, ~ in Camp

described on Exhibit "A" and "B", attached hereto and made a part here ~f; and

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate at the corner of South 32nd
Street and Trindle Road, Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, pennsylvania,
as more particularly described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING from a point located along the southerly right-of-way line for Trindle
Road, said point being approximately 125 feet west of the intersection o~ Trindle
Road (SR 0641) and 32nd Street (SR 0011) in the Borough of Csmp Hill, Said point
being the point of beginning, the following courses: South forty degrees ~wenty three
