NATURAL GUARDIAN PURSUANT TO 20 P.C.S. SECTION 5101

TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of Michael J. Garraway and Mark A. Garraway
respectfully represents:
1. Petitioners are the minor children of Deborah L. Garraway
and James R. Garraway, who reside with their parents at 212 Ewe
Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Petitioner Michael J. Garraway is 15 years of age, having
been born on April 12, 1991.
3. Petitioner Mark A. Garraway lS 12 years of age, having
been born on August 16, 1993.
4. The petitioners' parents were married on September 19,
1987.
5. The petitioners have resided with their mother and father
since their birth.

6. Petitioners' uncle, John W. Garraway, died on April 9,
2006.
7. As a result of the death of their uncle, petitioners are
to each receive $14,500.00 as sole beneficiaries of their uncles's
Aetna life insurance policy, control number 652390.
8. Petitioners have no other estate of interest in any other
estate or trust.
WHEREFORE, petitioners request that the court authorize their
parents and natural guardians to receive their distribution of
$14,500.00 each from the Life Insurance policy of their deceased
uncle, John W. Garraway, in accordance with 20 p.e.s. Section 5101,
without the appointment of a guardian or the entry of any security.
