The Petition of Eleanor M. Alexander, Administratrix of the
above entitled estate, respectfully represents:
1. Decedent is David M. Alexander, who died December 31,2004
while a resident in Lower Mifflin Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania;
2. Petitioner is Eleanor M. Alexander of the Estate of David M.
Alexander having been appointed Administratrix by Order dated
January 24, 2006. (Attached hereto);
3. The following persons are entitled to share in the D~cedent's r--.)

Decedent by payment of wages under 93101 of the Probate,
Estates and Fiduciaries Code;

4. The Decedent's Estate on his date of death was comprised of
the following:
All property was jointly owned by Decedent with his surviving
spouse, Eleanor M. Alexander; therefore Decedent has no
Estate.
5. Disbursements made on the Decedent's account prior to the
filing of this petition include: None
6. The following are outstanding debts owed by the estate:
Physician of Rehab $767.99
Lancaster HMA Physicians MGMT Cent Pen $179.30
TOTAL $947.29
7. A Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return was filed with the
Cumberland County Register of Wills on April 12, 2006, with
said return showing the estate was insolvent with no net value
subject to inheritance tax;
8. Ten days written notice of intention to present this petition to the
Cumberland County Orphan's Court has been given to every
unpaid beneficiary, heir or claimant who has not joined in the
petition or consented thereto.
10. There is no net value to the estate available for distribution and
therefore the Petitioner as the Administratrix should be
discharged.
