through their legal counsel and aver as follows:
1. On or about December 29,2005, the Plaintiff initiated a legal proceeding
against the Defendant, with a claim in the amount of$16,S27.00.
2. The Parties through their legal counsel have amicably resolved the matter,
with an agreement that in full settlement of any and all claims the parties
hereto have against each other, that Judgment shall be entered in the
amount of $13,000.00, in favor of Plaintiff.
3. Kurt A. Blake, Esquire, represents that he has the authority and consent of
his client to enter into this agreement.
