petition, the Certificate of Deposit of $4,477.47, Account Number 306-3786671 at Fulton Bank,
One Penn Square, Lancaster, PA 17602-2853, owned by Gerard E. Sites, on ApriIll, 2006, the
date of his death, and rightfully owing to the Estate of Gerard E. Sites, deceased, is set apart and
awarded under the provisions of Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code as
follows:
$4,477.47, plus any accrued interest, payable to Debra H. Sites, Widow
AND the said Debra H. Sites is authorized to execute the necessary receipts therefore on
behalf of the Estate.
