YVONNE L. BAUGHMAN
I, YVONNE L. BAUGHMAN, of the Borough of Mechanics burg, County of
Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and making void any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
decease as the same can be conveniently done.
2.
I give and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whatsoever
nature and wheresoever the same may be situate, to my three (3) children, to wit, MARLIN
A. MUMPER, MICHAEL B. MUMPER and MICHELLE L. SHIRLEY, share and
share alike, per stirpes.
LASTL Y, I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, MARLIN A. MUMPER, to be
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament and I direct that my said personal
re:presentative be excused from posting bond or other security for the faithful performance of
his duties, in any jurisdiction.
