MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE
AND NOW, comes the David A. Baric, Esquire attorney for Petitioners, Roger Keith
Potteiger and Randy Joe Potteiger and respectfully represents as follows:
1. On or about July 5, 2006, David A. Baric, Esquire as attorney for Petitioners filed
a Petition To Adjudicate Incapacity and Appoint A Guardian Of The PersonlEstate.
2. By Order Of Court dated July 18, 2006, Leslie Ann Tomeo, Esquire was
appointed as counsel for Doris Ann Potteiger.
3. A hearing is scheduled in this matter for Thursday, August 10,2006 at 3:00 p.m.
4. Lawrence B. Zimmerman, MD, Ms. Potteiger's treating physician is scheduled to
be out of his office on August 10, 2006 and as such, will be unable to testify in this matter.
