RELEASE
I, WILLIAM P. McDEVITT, hereby acknowledge that I have this day had and received
from the executor and HAROLD S. IRWIN, III, and IRWIN & BAYLEY, legal counsel
for the ESTATE OF JAMES l. McDEVITT, deceased, the final sum of Fifteen Hundred
Seventy-five and 85/100 ($1,575.85) Dollars in full satisfaction and payment of my
share in the estate.
AND THEREFORE, I, by these presents remise, release, quit claim, and forever
discharge the said executors and attorney, their heirs, executors and administrators, of
and from the said share and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts,
reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever, for or by reason thereof, or any other act,
matter, cause or thing whatever, from the beginning of the world to the day of the date
of these presents..
And I hereby consent and agree that the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County may
discharge the said executor and legal counsel as to this share upon application, without
further notice to me.
