YOUNG II COMPLAINT Plaintiff alleges the following cause of action against Defendant: I. Plaintiff is Patriot Federal Credit Union, with offices located at 800 Wayne Avenue, Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania. 2. Defendant is David 1. Young II, a sui juris adult, living and residing at 4 Midland Road, Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. On October 15,2004, Defendant executed a Motor Vehicle Installment Sale Contract to Plaintiff, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. 4. By virtue of Defendant's failure to make payments pursuant to the contract from and after March 4, 2006, Plaintiff repossessed the collateral secured by the loan, a 2004 Ford FI50 vehicle on April 25, 2006. 5. On April 25, 2006, Plaintiff gave Defendant a notice of repossession, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B. 6. On June 23, 2006, the vehicle was sold. 7. On June 27,2006, Plaintiff sent a deficiency notice to Defendant, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C. 8. No judgment has been taken upon the said note. 9. As a result of the said default, Defendant is indebted to Plaintiffin the amount of$14,311.1 0 and, in addition, by virtue of the said contract, Plaintiff may charge Defendant a reasonable attorney's fee of $2,146.67. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant in the amount of $14,311.1 0, together with $2,146.67 attorney's fees for a total of$16,457. 77, together with costs of the action and interest at the contract rate.
