I, G. Grier Wood, hereby renounce $34,400.00 of my share of the estate to
which I am entitled in the above-captioned estate, and to further direct that the renounced sum
be distributed to the remaining beneficiaries in shares proportionate to their respective shares
as directed by the Last Will and Testament of the decedent, Eleanor M. Lopez.
