BAUM, having my legal residence at 621 Vine Street, Middletown, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, do hereby declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, revoking all other wills and codicils heretofore made by me. 1. I direct that the expenses of my last illness and funeral be paid from my estate as soon as practicable after my death. 2. I devise and bequeath all of the remainder of my estate and property, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, to my husband, TRUMAN M. BAUM, if he survives thirty calendar days after my death. I intentionally make no devise to my children should my husband, TRUMAN M. BAUM, survive me by thirty cal- endar days for the reason that I am confident that he will provide adequately for any children now living or hereafter born to us. 3. If my husband, TRUMAN M.
