PNC Mortgage Corp. of America by its attorneys, Grenen & Birsic, P.C., files this Complaint in
Mortgage Foreclosure as follows:
1. The Plaintiff is Washington Mutual Bank, F.A., successor to Washington
Mutual Home Loans, Inc., f/k/a PNC Mortgage Corp. of America which has its principal place
of business at 75 Fairway Drive, Vernon Hills, IL 60061 and is authorized to do business in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
