CUSTODY STIPULATION AND AGREEMENT
This STIPULATION AND AGREEMENT entered into the day and year
hereinafter set forth, by and between, Cindy-Marie Walker (hereinafter referred to as
"Mother") and Lester P. Walker, Jr. (hereinafter referred to as "Father"):
WHEREAS, the parties are the natural parents of Bat Gordon Walker, born
September 6, I 995(hereinafter referred to as "Child"); and
WHEREAS, the parties and Child lived together at 61 Peachy Ann Drive,
Newville in the County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania from August of2004 until July 25,
2006; and
WHEREAS, the parties live separate and apart and wish to enter into a
comprehensive Stipulation and Agreement relative to the physical and legal custody of
their Child.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of mutual covenants, promises and agreements
as hereinafter set forth, the parties stipulate and agree as follows:
1. The parties shall share legal custody of the Child.
2. Mother shall exercise primary physical custody of the Child.
3. Father shall have visitation as the parties both agree.
4. Any changes to this agreement may be changed by mutual written consent of
the parties.

5. The parties shall keep each other advised in the event of serious illness, injury
or emergency concerning the Child and shall take any necessary steps to
ensure that the health and well-being of the Child is protected. During such
emergencies, both parties shall have the right to visit the Child consistent with
the proper medical care of the Child.
6. Neither party shall do anything to injure the opinion of the Child as to the
other party or which may hamper the free and natural development of the
Child's love and affection for the other party.
7. The parties agree that either party may move out of the jurisdiction, but the
Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas has jurisdiction over the issue of
custody of the Child and shall retain jurisdiction over any and all future
custody actions and further, that it is appropriate for the Court of Common
Pleas of Pennsylvania, Cumberland County to enter an Order of Court.
8. The Parties request that the Court enter this Stipulation and Agreement as an
Order of Court.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto intending to be legally bound by the
terms contained herein, set forth their hands and seals the day and year hereinafter
mentioned.
