COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff is Ettline Foods Corporation (Ettline), a Pennsylvania corporation
with its principal place of business located at 525 State Street, York, PA 17403.
2. Defendant is L'Koste Villa, with its place of business in the East Gate Plaza
at 5205 Simpson Ferry Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
3. Ettline is in the business of selling at wholesale foods and food products to
restaurants, food markets and other like entities.
4. Ettline agreed to sell to Defendant goods and services (i.e., food products)
and the Defendant agreed to pay therefore in full upon delivery.
5. On the dates and in the amounts set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto,
Defendant ordered merchandise, which Ettline delivered to Defendant, but which the latter
did not pay.
6. Defendant has not paid the aforesaid sums of any part thereof despite
repeated demand therefore by Ettline.
WHEREFORE, Ettline demands judgment against Defendant for the sum of
$4,520.96, plus whatever additional finance charges that hereafter accrue.
