We represent Members 1" Federal Credit Union. It is our understanding that there have
been several attempts by Members 1" to reach an amicable resolution of these outstanding
amounts due without success to date. If you have not already received a notice of default and
demand for payment in full, consider this correspondence as such.
Ordinarily at this stage, the matter would be referred to our office to begin court
proceedings, at which time the court costs and attorneys fees would greatly increase the amount
of the obligation you owe to the Credit Union. To that end, we stand ready to proceed. The
following amounts are presently due and payable in full:
Principal $ 19,319.47
Interest $ 1,049.70
Attorneys' Fees $ 200.00
Total Due $ 20,569.17 as of July 21, 2006
If these amounts are not paid in full within fifteen (15) days of the date of this letter,
Members 1" has authorized us to commence collection action against you. We look forward to
receipt of the Total Due.
Very truly yours,
& HATCH, P.C.
