NO liEN AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, an agreement was entered into between Lawmen
Construction, LLC "CONTRACTOR", of 149 Kerrs Road, Carlisle, PA 17013 and
Robert P. Irvin and Jennifer C. Irvin his wife, of 331 Burgners Road, Carlisle, PA
17015, "OWNERS". Whereby the said contractor undertook and agreed to
perform certain work necessary to erect a building on the real estate of the
owners situate at Lot 7 of the Brick Church Estates, Newville, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One
($1.00) Dollar in hand paid to it by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement
aforesaid, for itself and its subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
it or them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or
maintained by it or any of them against the said improvements and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials
furnished by it or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in
or about the erected and construction of the said improvements on the lot above
described, and the said Contractor, for itself, its subcontractors and others under
it hereby expressly waives and relinquishes the right to have, file, and maintain
any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of the
improvements, and agrees that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be
an independent covenant.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract ofland situate in Upper Frankford Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a subdivision plan
prepared by Eric Deffenbaugh, RPLS, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
for Cumberland County in Plan Book 88, Page 79, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in eastern edge ofDeerview Drive at comer of Lot No.8 on said
Plan; thence along Lot No.8 North 45 degrees 48 minutes 22 seconds East 206.90 feet to
an iron pin set; thence along Lot No. 15 South 43 degrees 09 minutes 49 seconds East
216.62 feet to an iron pin set; thence along Lot No.6 on plan South 45 degrees 48
minutes 22 seconds West 203.00 feet to a point in eastern edge of Deerview Drive;
thence along eastern edge of Deerview Drive North 44 degrees II minutes 38 seconds
West 216.58 feet to an iron pin set, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1,0190 acres and designated as Lot No.7 of Brick Church Estates.
BEING the same premises which Lawmen Construction, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited
liability company, by deed dated July 31, 2006 and intended to be immediately recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
granted and conveyed unto Robert P. Irvin and Jennifer C. Irvin, husband and wife.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to such easements, restrictions and conditions as may apply to
the afore-described tract ofland.
