STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, THE SHIPPENSBURG NONPROFn' HOUSING CORPORATION, is about to
execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Harvey Landis Home Building &
Remodeling, for the rehabilitation of the structure located at 127 South Penn Street in
Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylv~nia.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal Contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said SHIPPENSBURG NONPROFIT HOUSING
CORPORATION to the said Harvey Landis Homt Building & Remodeling to commence work
,
on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
Contract with Harvey Landis Home Building & Remodeling and the further consideration of One
Dollar to be paid by the Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the
Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any matenal men or workmen or any other person for
any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor for the renovations at said building, the right to
file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS my hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
