ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Township of Middlesex,
County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being identified
as Lot No. 1 as shown on a Plan Of LOts known as Ridge Estates ,
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of deeds in and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 91 on Page 8, and being more fully
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in Ridge Driye (T-571), at a common property
corner of Lot No. 1 and Lot No. 7 of the Final Subdivision Plan for
