STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Warren W. Stumpf and Debra L. Stumpf, of 73
Greenwood Circle, Wormleysburg, Pennsylvania 17043 (the "Owner")
the Owner of the hereinafter described tract of land, has
executed or is about to execute contemporaneously herewith a
contract with Artistech, Inc. of 1087 County Club Road, Camp
Hill, Pennsylvania (the "Contractor") for improvements to the
premises located at 87 Greenwood Circle, Wormleysburg Borough,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly described on
"Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof (the
"Premises") .
NOW, August ~, 2006, before any authority has been given
by said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on said
Premises or to otherwise construct any improvements thereto, or
to purchase materials for the same, or to enter into any
contracts with any subcontractors, or materialmen, or to
authorize any purchases by or through any subcontractors or
materialmen, in consideration of the making of said contract with
the Owner and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to
Contractor paid by said Owner, and with the intent of all parties
to be legally bound hereby, it is agreed that no lien shall be
filed against the building or Premises or any part thereof, by

the Contractor or any subcontractor, or by any of the materialmen
or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased, for the
building and improvements to the Premises (including hereafter
changes made thereto), the right to file liens being expressly
waived.
It is the full intent of the Contractor, for itself and for
any subcontractors or materialmen claiming for themselves, or by,
through or under the contract or the Contractor, that the right
to file a mechanic's lien, under the provisions of law and/or of
Acts of Assembly in such cases made and provided, for work done
or materials furnished in and about the building and improvements
to the Premises above described is hereby waived.
WITNESS hands and seals the day and year first above
written.

EXHIBIT A
ALL THAT CERTAIN parcel of land situate in the Borough of
Wormleysburg, formerly the Township of East Pennsboro, County of
Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern line of Greenwood Circle, as
shown on the Plan of Lots hereinafter mentioned, on the dividing
line between Lot Nos. 86 and 87; thence in a northerly direction
along the eastern line of Greenwood Circle one hundred (100) feet
to Lot No. 88; thence in an easterly direction along the southern
line of Lot No. 88 two hundred seventy-five (275) feet, more or
less, to the right-of-way of the Pennsylvania Railroad; thence in
a southerly direction along the right-Of-way of Pennsylvania
Railroad one hundred (100) feet to Lot No. 86; thence in a
westerly direction along the northern line of Lot No. 86 two
hundred seventy-five (275) feet, more or less, to the place of
BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 87 on the Revised Plan of pennsboro Manor recorded
in Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book 3, Page 6.
HAVING thereon erected a dwelling house.
BEING the same premises which ~ry W. Ludes, widow, by deed dated
June 3, 2004, and recorded June 7, 2004, in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in
Deed Book 263, Page 1996, granteu and conveyed unto Warren W.
Stumpf and Debra L. Stumpf,.
