Petitioner is CORINNA RUTH VECSEY, 500 Arlington Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011. 2. Petitioner, CORINNA RUTH VECSEY, is an adult individual with a date of birth of July 19, 1964, and a Social Security Number of 073-54-1941. 3. Petitioner, CORINNA RUTH VECSEY, has resided at 500 Arlington Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17011, since 2003. Prior to that date, Petitioner resided at 466 Arlington Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17011. 4. Petitioner, CORINNA RUTH VECSEY, is seeking her name change to "CORINNA VECSEY WILSON." 5. Petitioner, CORINNA RUTH VECSEY, has two (2) liens entered against her. Both liens are residential mortgages of record to Countrywide Home Loans for Petitioner's residence at 500 Arlington Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 170 II. .
