ADJUDICA nON AND DECREE A WARDING REAL ESTATE
AND NOW, this 22nd day of August, 2006, no objections having been filed to the
First and Final Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution of MAR Y ANN
WILLIAMS and JOANNE CASEY, Co-Executrices of the Last Will and Testament of
GRACE L. BOHN, late of the Carlisle Borough, County of Cumberland, and State of
Pennsylvania, deceased, within the time fixed by the Rules of Court, said Account was
confirmed absolutely by this Court on August 22, 2006 and at the same time, the
accordance with said Schedule.
Schedule of Proposed Distribution was approved and Distribution was awarded in

ITIS FURTHER ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that in accordance with the said
Final Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution as confirmed by the Court, the
Distribution of the following described real estate of the decedent is hereby awarded to
decedent's sister, FAYE B. HERMAN, her heirs and assigns, a description of which is as
follows, to wit:

thence by the cuI de sac by a curve extending to the left in a southwestwardly direction
and having a radius of fifty (50.00) feet an arc distance of twenty-six and forty hundredths
(26.40) feet to a point the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 16,662 scare feet.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a townhouse known and numbered as No. 57
Ashford Drive.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to a setback line, twenty-five (25) foot building line,
and to other conditions more fully set forth on the said Plan.
