Dear Judge Oler:
I received your Order of August 6, 2006 in which you schedule this hearing on the day before
Thanksgiving, November 22, 2006 at 2:30 p.m.
I already have family plans that will take me out of the area for the Thanksgiving holiday and
therefore cannot attend on that date. Consequently, I ask that this hearing be rescheduled for the
closest possible date thereafter.
I also spoke with opposing counsel who has a similar conflict and plans to be on vacation. He
concurs with this request.
