I, ANNE C. LARNEY, of the Borough of Wormelysburg, County of Cumberland, and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make,
publish and declare this as and for my Last Will hereby revoking and making void any and all other wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I. I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my
mece, FLORENCE H. GALBRAITH, if she survives me. If my niece, FLORENCE H.
GALBRAITH fails to survive me, I devise and bequeath all of my estate of whatever nature and
wherever situate to my grandniece, KAREN J. DEIBLER.
ITEM II. I appoint the parents of any minor child, guardian of any property which passes
under this Will of otherwise to the said minor child and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint
a guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so. Such guardian shall have the power to use
principal, as well as income from time to time for the minor's support and education (including college
education both graduate and undergraduate) without regard to his or her parent's ability to provide for
such support and education and to make payment for those purposes, without further responsibility, to
the minor or to the minor's parent or to any person taking care of the minor.
ITEM III. I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of
whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part
of the expense of the administration of my estate.
ITEM IV. I hereby appoint my niece, FLORENCE H. GALBRAITH, Executrix of this
my Last Will. Should my niece, FLORENCE H. GALBRAITH, fail to qualify or cease to act as my
Executrix, I appoint my grandniece, KAREN J. DEIBLER, Executrix ofthis my Last Will.

ITEM V.
I direct that neither my Executrix or her successor shall not be required to give
bond for the faithful performance their duties in any jurisdiction.
