ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this!lu. of ~d; ,2006, upon consideration of the
Petition for appointment of a Gu rdian of the Estate and Person of Althea
Faley, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED:
. A Citation is awarded, directed to Althea Faley, a/k/a Althea J.
Faley, to show cause why Richard C. Rupp, Esq. should not be
appointed Guardian of her Estate and Person for the purposes
of benefitting and protecting Althea Faley.
. At least 20 days notice of the hearing shall be given to Althea
Faley, the alleged incapacitated person, by personal service of
a copy of the Petition and the Citation, upon the following persons,
all of whom are Petitioners and two of whom are next of kin, by
certified or registered mail:
