LATE OF SOUTH MIDDLETON TOWNSHIP, PENNSYL VANIA : THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF PENNSYLVANIA CUMBERLAND COUNTY ORPHAN'S COURT DIVISION NO. 21-05-0947 RECEIPT AND RELEASE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that, I, Clifford L. Wolaver one of the beneficiaries and legatees named in the Will of CLINTON L. WOLAVER, SR. or the Estate of CLINTON L. WOLAVER, SR., do hereby acknowledge that I have this day had and received of and trom CynthIa b. Liddick, Executrix of the Estate and Last WiD and Testament of the said CLINTON L. WOLAVER, SR., deceased, the sum of THREE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN AND 04/100 ($318.04) Dollars, representing the entire balance due me, except for my share of the reserve and, if any, additional income and receipts, in sums of money, legacies, and bequests as are given and bequeathed to me in the Last Will and Testament of the Estate aforesaid. I hereby acknowledge that the said Cynthia E. Liddick has distributed or will be distributing all the assets of the Estate of CLINTON L. WOLAVER, SR. as set forth and required by the Will. I have reviewed the Inheritance Tax Return and am familiar with the assets and transactions of the Estate. I find all to be proper and acceptable. I desire that the share of the Estate be distributed without the formality of a court proceeding in order to save the expense, publicity, and delay incident to such a court proceeding, and the said Cynthia E. Liddick is willing to make such distribution upon the receipt of this Receipt and Release. In consideration of the foregoing and intending to be legally bound hereby, I agree as follows: I hereby waive court apDroval of the account or any audit of the account. I am satisfied with the administration and all transactions, and information set forth and find the same proper and acceptable in all respects. Further, I do, by these presents, remise, release, quitclaim and forever discharge the said Cynthia E. Liddick as Executrix, her heirs, estate, Executor, and administrator of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, and reckonings, liabilities, claims and demands whatsoever, for or by reason thereof or relating to any way in her administration of the Estate or of any other act, matter, cause or thing whatsoever from the beginning of the world t6the day of the dateofthese presents.
