Decedent is Mildred E. Morrison, who died February 24, 2006 while a resident at 1000 Claremont Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; 2. Petitioner is Barbara Wiser, Executrix of the Estate of Mildred E. Morrison, having been appointed Executrix by Will dated September 6,2005, see attached; 3. Decedent died testate with letters testamentary being granted to Barbara Wiser on March 9, 2006, by the Deputy Register of Wills of and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania with the advertisement of the grant of letters being on March 17, 2006; 4. A Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return was filed with the Cumberland County Register of Wills on May 22,2006 with said return showing the estate was insolvent with no net value subject to inheritance tax; 8. Ten days written notice of intention to present this petition to the Cumberland County Orphan's Court has been given to every unpaid beneficiary, heir or claimant who has not joined in the petition or consented thereto; and 9. There is no net value to the estate available for distribution and therefore the Petitioner as the Executrix should be discharged. MORRISON I, Mildred E. Morrison of Cumberland County, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last Will and hereby revoke all prior Wills and Codicils. 1. I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses, gravemarker and administrative expenses shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my death. 2. I direct that all inheritance, estate, transfer, succession and death taxes of any kind whatsoever which may be payable by reason of my death shall be paid out of my residuary estate. . 3. I direct that my entire estate be distributed as follows: A. I direct that 75% of my entire estate go to my niece, Barbara Wiser. B. I direct that 25% of my entire estate go to, my niece, Pricilla Alspaugh. C. If either Barbara Wiser or Pricilla Alspaugh should predecease me, their share shall lapse and go to the surviving niece. 4. I appoint Barbara Wiser, as Executrix of this my last Will. If Barbara Wiser should predecease me or cease to act in such capacity, I appoint Pricilla Alspaugh as alternate. 5. The Executrix of this Will shall have the power to distribute my estate in kind or in cash, or partly in either. 6.
