Real Estate
Real Estate - All that certain piece or parcel of land situated in Silver Spring
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known and numbered as
19 Locust Circle, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The property was acquired by
Herbert E. Corsnitz and Joanna M. Corsnitz, husband and wife, by Deed dated
October 18,1965 and recorded November 4,1965 in the Cumberland County
Recorder of Deeds Office, a copy of said Deed being attached hereto and
incorporated herein. The said Herbert E. Corsnitz died June 25, 1975
whereupon full and complete title became vested solely in Joanna M. Corsnitz.
The above-described real estate was sold pursuant to an Agreement of Sale
dated May 9, 2006, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Final settlement took place on June 30, 2006. A copy of the Deed conveying
said real estate, along with a copy of the Settlement Statement, are attached
hereto and incorporated herein. The sale price of the real estate was
$175,000.00.
