ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this ~ay of August, 2006, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver of
Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that Kristin Weaver and Peter Eckman
will apply on September 22,2006 for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that extraordinary
circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said license
immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriages under Pa C.
S. Title 23 are met.
