WOLFE I, MARJORIE M. WOLFE, of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all prior Wills and Codicils. ITEM I. I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my son and daughter-in-law, DENNIS and DONNA WOLFE. ITEM II. In the event that my son and daughter- in-law predecease me or do not survive me by thirty (30) days, I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my grandchildren, BRIAN FARLING, KEVIN FARLING and ZACHARY WOLFE. ITEM III. If a beneficiary under this Will has not attained the age of thirty (30) years, the share of that beneficiary shall be placed In a Trust, for the benefit of that beneficiary. ITEM IV. In the event that a Trust is created by or as a result of any part of this Will, the terms and conditions of the Trust shall be as follows: A. To expend and apply so much of the net income and so much of the principal of the trust as the trustee shall consider advisable for the support and education of that child until they attain the age of twenty-one (21) years. After the beneficiary attains the age of twenty-one (21), thereafter to pay the net income together with so much of the principal thereof as trustee shall consider advisable for their support and education after taking into consideration for other readily available assets and sources of income. C. Up to one-third (1/3) of the then remaining principal and accumulated income at age twenty-one (21) upon their request shall be distributed to the children at or after age twenty-one (21); up to one-half (1/2) of the then remaining principal and accumulated income at age twenty-five (25) upon the beneficiaries request shall be distributed at or after age twenty-five (25); and up to the entire balance of principal and accumulated income then remaining, shall be distributed to them at or after age thirty (30). Distributions at or after these stated ages shall be made only in the event they request such distribution by a wri ting intended to take effect during their lifetime, executed by them upon or after attaining each of the stated ages and delivered to the TRUSTEE. D. If any beneficiary shall die before receiving final distribution of his or her entire share, the undistributed balance shall be distributed outright to his or her surviving issue per stirpes and in default of any such issue then to my then living issue per stirpes, the share of any child whose original share is then being held IN TRUST to be added to and treated as part of that trust. ITEM V. I nominate and appoint a federally insured financial institution, to be selected by my Executor, to serve as Trustee for any Trust established in this Will. ITEM VI. I nominate and appoint my son and daughter-in-law, DENNIS and DONNA WOLFE, as Co-Executors of this my Last Will. ITEM VII. I direct that my Executor and Trustee, or their ~:uccessors shall not be required to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction. ITEM VIII.
