1. Plaintiff WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL P A, INC., flkja NOTWest Financial P A, Inc.,
a Nevada corporation authorized to do business in this State with its principal place of business at
4143 l21st Street, Urbandale, IA 50323.
2. Defendant, MICHAEL R. BELL, is an adult individual residing at RD 2 Box 125,
Landisburg, PA 17040-9604.
3. Defendant, CONNIE J. BELL, is an adult individual residing at RD 2 Box 125,
Landisburg, PA 17040-9604.
4. On or about January 2, 2005, the Defendants entered into an agreement with Sofas
Unlimited for living room furniture as described in Exhibit "A" (the "Furniture").
5. By the terms of the agreement, Plaintiff maintained a security interest in the
furniture described in Exhibit "A".
6. Defendants have defaulted under the agreement by failing to make monthly payments
when due.
7. The furniture has a fair market value of$2,53S.99.
8. Plaintiff believes and therefore avers, that Defendants have possession of the living
room furniture.
9. Defendants have failed and refused, despite repeated demands by Plaintiff, to deliver
possession of the living room furniture to. Plaintiff.
10. Plaintiff does not have an adequate remedy at law since Defendants' personal liability
for the debt has been discharged in bankruptcy.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment for possession of the living room furniture,
together with reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
