AND NOW, this 22nd day of August, 2006, no objections having been filed to the
First and Final Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution of MARY ANN
'WILLIAMS and JOANNE CASEY, Co-Executrices of the Last Will and Testament of
GRACE L. BORN, late of the Carlisle Borough, County of Cumberland, and State of
Pennsylvania, deceased, within the time fixed by the Rules of Court, said Account was
c:onfirmed absolutely by this Court on August 22, 2006 and at the same time, the

Final Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution as confirmed by the Court, the
Distribution of the following described real estate of the decedent is hereby awarded to
decedent's sister, FAYE B. HERMAN, her heirs and assigns, a description of which is as
