Plaintiff is BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF CWABS 2003-05, 7105 Corporate Drive, PTX B-35 Plano, TX 75024-3632. 2. The name and address of the Defendant is BRANDON M. MINNICH, 14 W Simpson Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055-6324, who is the mortgagor and real owner of the mortgaged premises hereinafter described. 3. On September 19, 2003 mortgagor made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER, which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County as Book 1837, Page 1341.
