ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 28th day of August, 2006, upon
consideration of the Petition for Order To Disburse Estate Assets
filed in the above-captioned matter, and pursuant to an agreement
of William A. Duncan, Esquire, on behalf of the estate, Stephen J.
Hogg, Esquire, on behalf of the minor, Christopher Junior Brown,
and Susan K.' Pickford, Esquire, on behalf of the Petitioner,
Glenwood Brown, Jr., and the decendent's daughter, Susanne Clemens,
having failed to appear for the hearing, and the child's mother,
whose present whereabouts are unknown, having also failed to appear
for the hearing, it is ordered and directed as follows:
1. The Court hereby appoints Susan K. Pickford,
Esquire, and Glenwood Brown, Jr., as co-trustees on behalf of the
minor child for the purposes of receiving and maintaining minor
child's property arising from the death of Glenwood Brown, Sr., in
the form of u.S. Savings Bonds having a value of $35,805.40. No
disbursements are to be made from these funds without Court order.
2. Bond No. V6346051EE in the face amount of $5,000,
with date of death value of $2,556, will be paid to the estate of
Glenwood Brown, Sr., representing a sum equal to the Pennsylvania
inheritance tax and expenses of administration of the estate
allocable to the assets passing to Christopher Junior Brown as a
result of the death of Glenwood Brown, Sr., comprised of U.s.
Savings Bonds with an approximate date of death value of
$38,361.40.
3. The Court appoints Stephen J. Hogg, Esquire, as
