Magyar, born Februa~ 10, 1995, it is hereby ORDERED AND DIRECTED as follows: 1. The Plaintiff.father shall have partial custody of his son f~r a total of six weeks during the summer. The parties hereto agree that this partial custody shall consist ofaiternating one week periods to commence the Friday following the end of the school term in the Carlisle School District. Plaintiff'father shail pick Tyler up on the Friday evening following the end of the school term at 5:00 p.m. to commence his one week period ofpartiai custody and the Defendant mother shall pick Tyler up at the conclusion of the one week p~riod on the following Friday evening at o.,.u p.m. -r~.:. ~:... · h .... x .r ,,e part:es have Tyler in her home environment for an entire one week prior to the beginning of the school term in order to place Tyler on a schedule for the upcoming school year, 2. With respect to the September 10, 1997 and October 21, 1999, the parties wish to clarLfy that the Christmas visitation in odd-numbered years remains the same as is stated in the September I0, 1997 Order and the Christmas visitation in even-numbered years shall remain as is stated in the October 21, 1999 Order. 3. With respect to the Plaintiff father's every other weekend visitation of his son, the parties agree that the exchange in Carlisle shall continue to be at the McDonalds and that the return exchange shall continue to be at the Coastal Mart on Route 11/15 heading to Montgomery. 4. Verney, Esq. , the conciliator, at 4th Floor, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle on Tuesday, June 04, 2002 at 9:30 AM for a Pre-Hearing Custody Conference. At such conference, an effort will be made to resolve the issues in dispute; or if this cannot be accomplished, to defme and narrow the issues to be heard by the court, and to enter into a temporary order. All children age five or older may also be present at the conference. Failure to appear at the conference may provide grounds for entry of a temporary or permanent order. The court hereby directs the parties to furnish any and all existing Protection from Abuse orders, Special Relief orders, and Custody orders to the conciliator 48 hours prior to scheduled hearing. Should February l0th fall on Father's scheduled weekend, the parties agree to switch the weekend period of partial custody. 6. Should Father be unavailable during his visitation period, Mother will cooperate with Father to determine an alternative time for that visitation. 7. The parties desire that this document be permanent barfing any unforeseen circumstances. 8. In all other respects the court order dated October 21, 1999 shall remain in full force and effect.
