AGREEMENT TO MODIFY AGREEMENT OF FEBRUARY 3, 1981
1. Plaintiff, Phyllis A. Kochenour, of 1459 Maplewood Drive, New Cumberland,
Pennsylvania 17070, is the former spouse of Defendant Richard C. Kochenour.
2. Defendant is Richard C. Kochenour, of 825 Pennsylvania Avenue, Lemoyne,
Pennsylvania 17043.
3. The parties resolved the economic issues of their divorce in an Agreement
dated February 3, 1981, which was incorporated into the Decree in Divorce dated
January 26, 1982.
4. The parties now desire to modify the terms of the Agreement, ending
Defendant's obligation to Plaintiff for alimony.
NOW THEREFORE, intending to be legally bound, the parties agree as follows: In
consideration of Defendant's declining health and of the duration of the alimony having been
paid pursuant to the parties' Agreement of February 3, 1981, Plaintiff, Phyllis A. Kochenour,
voluntarily, knowingly and finally waives any present or future right she may have for receipt
of alimony from the Defendant, Richard C. Kochenour, effective September 1, 2006. The
parties further agree that any overpayments shall be refunded to the Defendant.

Pursuant to letter from Plaintiff, she agrees to remit $900.00 from the
ARREARAGE. Therefore as of this date the amount due is set at $150.00, which
