Plaintiff is PPL Electric Utilities Corp., a Pennsylvania Corporation with an office at Two North Ninth Street, Allentown, Pennsylvania 18101. 2. Duane Failor, a Defendant, is an adult individual with an address at 100 Motter Lane, Boiling Springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17007. 3. On July 4, 2005, Plaintiff's facilities sustained damage at Trindle Road and Valley Road in Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and the cost for necessary repairs was $8409.10, which remains unpaid. Defendant caused said damages, pursuant to the police report, a copy which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made part hereof. 4. Defendant has failed and refused to pay for the damages he caused. 5. Defendant is not a member of the Armed Forces of the United States of America, nor engaged in any way which would bring him within the Soldiers and Sailors Relief Act of 1940, as amended.
