I, :MILDRED E. HURLEY, of Upper Frankford Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby expressly all Wills
and Codicils heretofore made by me.
1. I direct my executors to pay all of my debts, funeral and administrative expenses, as
soon as may be done conveniently after my decease.
2. I authorize and empower my executors to sell any realty owned by me at my death and
not specifically devised or bequeathed herein, at either public or private sale, and to give good and
sufficient deeds therefor, in fee simple, as I could do if living.
3. I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever situate as
follows:
(a) All my genealogy records and books to Mark M. Miller,
(b) The sum of $2,000.00 to 51. Marys Upjted Methodist Church of Bloserville,
Pennsylvania, and
(c) All the rest, residue and remainder as follows:
1/3rd to my sister, Gladys R. Miller, and if she is not living, to her
children, share and share alike,
1/3rd to my brother, Raymond H. Hurley, Jr., and ifhe is not living, to his
children, share and share alike, and
1I3rd to the two daughters of my deceased brother, Maurice E. Hurley,
share and share alike.
4. I nominate and appoint Gladys R. Miller and Raymond H. Hurley, Jr., to be the
executors of this my Last Will and Testament; they are to serve as such without bond.
5. I hereby suggest that my personal representatives retain the services of Irwin,
McKnight & Hughes, as attorneys in the settlement of my estate.
