GROFF, of North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deciare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby expressly revoking all Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me. 1. I direct my executors to pay all of my debts, funeral and administrative expenses as soon as may be done conveniently after my decease. 2. I authorize and empower my executors to sell any realty owned by me at my death and not specifically devised herein, at either public or private sale, and to give good and sufficient deeds therefor, in fee simple, as I could do ifliving. 3. Groff and Phyllis J. Groff, share and share alike or to the survivor, and (2) 25% in two (2) parts as follows: A. One-part to Ann Marie Foltz and Jerry Foltz, or the survivor, and B. One-part to Nevin Groff and Mary Groff, or the survivor. 4. I nominate and appoint William A. Groff and Roger B. Irwin, to be the executors of this my Last Will and Testament; they are to serve as such without bond. 5.
