Contractor WHEREAS, Old Gettysburg Associates, IV, L.P. of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (herein "Owner") is aboLlt to execute contemporaneoLlsly herewith, a contract, with Triangle Fire Protection, Inc. Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (herein "Contractor"), for the construction work on a building located on Lower Allen Township, Cumberland COLlnty, Pennsylvania, more particularly set forth on Exhibit "An attached hereto and made a part hereof. NOW, August 8, 2006, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or pLlrchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the fLlrther consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar in hand paid to Contractor by Owner it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the bLlilding by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material-men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials pLlrchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
