contractor undertook and agreed to erected ~nd cdri~ruct a dwelling
on the certain lot of ground situate ih 1:JPper 'Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, ~and more fully
described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof known as Lot #20 Arborfield (2121 Arbor Court).
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNBSSETHI' That the said

acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic'S liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished -,;y them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towarps, in, or about
the erection and construction of the saidbuil'd!hgs on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Exhibit "A"
ALL THA T CERTAIN Lot #20 as indicated on the Preliminary I Final Subdivision Plan
of Lots 19, 20, 21 and 22 of Arborfield, prepared by Alpha Consulting Engineers, Inc.
and dated March 30, 2006, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 92, Page 113, being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right-of-way of Arbor Court at the common
property corner with Lot 21 of Arborfield; said point being located North 64 degrees 40
minutes 47 seconds West a distance of851,40 feet from a concrete monument located on
the western right-of-way of Gettysburg Pike; thence along Lot 21 of Arborfield North 67
degrees 57 minutes 37 seconds West a distance of 121.31 feet; thence along lands now or
formerly of Dwight and Mabel Stambaugh North 29 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East
a distance of 174.55 feet; thence along Lot 19 of Arborfield South 16 degrees 24 minutes
49 seconds East a distance of 162.89 feet; thence along the same South 27 degrees 17
minutes 58 seconds East a distance of 15.00 feet to the northern right-of-way of Arbor
Court; thence along the northern right-of-way of Arbor Court by a curve to the left
having a radius of 55.00 feet, an arc length of 39.03 feet, a chord bearing of South 42
degrees 22 minutes 12 seconds West and a chord length of 38.22 feet to the place of
beginning.
Said Lot 20 containing 13,116 square feet more or less.
