STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, SAFE HARBOR, Inc. is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract,
with Cumberland Design & Building Company, Inc. for a design-build residential renovation
project at their facility located at ll2 West High Street, in Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal Contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said SAFE HARBOR, INC. to the said Cumberland Design
& Building Company, Inc. to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the
same in consideration of the making of the said Contract with Cumberland Design & Building
Company, Inc, and the further consideration of One Dollar to be paid by the Owner, it is agreed
that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any
material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor for the renovations at said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS my hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
