STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Wheatland Custom Homes, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation, of
Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Wheatland Custom
Homes, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a
dwelling upon a lot ofland situate as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract ofland situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a plan prepared by Michael C.
D' Angelo, R.S. and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan
Book 39, Page 25.
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right-of-way line of Kuhn Road at comer
of Lot No. 145; thence along Lot No. 145 South 78 degrees 30 minutes 11 seconds West, a distance
of 421.62 feet to a point; thence along Section "I", previously subdivided, North 16 degrees 40
minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 95.00 feet to a point; thence along Lot No. 143 North 69
degrees 16 minutes 37 seconds East, a distance of 413.73 feetto a point; thence along northern right-
of-way line of Kuhn Road South 21 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of97.00 feet to
a point; thence continuing along right-of-way line of Kuhn Road, by a curve to the right having a
radius of 363.08 feet, an arc distance of 65.67 feet on a chord bearing of South 16 degrees 07
minutes 10 seconds East with a chord length of65.58 feet to a point, the Place ofBEGlNNING.
CONTAINING 1.237 acres and designated as Lot No. 144, Section "M", White
Rock Acres.
BEING THE SAME pr~ises whichJ'enn Products Corporation, a Pennsylvania
Corporation, by its deed dated the \~ - day of Q)~'a..v- ' 200,,61nd to be recorded
simultaneously herewith, granted and conveyed unto Wheatland Custom Homes, Inc., a
Pennsylvania Corporation, MORTGAGOR herein.

NOW, the J-, '1 ~ day of August, 2006, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Wheatland
Custom Homes, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation to the said Wheatland Custom Homes, Inc., a
Pennsylvania Corporation to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the
same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Wheatland Custom Homes, Inc., a
Pennsylvania Corporation and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Wheatland Custom Homes,
Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation paid by Wheatland Custom Homes, Inc., a Pennsylvania
Corporation it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-
contractoT, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hand and seals the day and year aforesaid.
