Whereas, Michael S. Salisbury, of Cumberland County is about to
execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Expert Home
Builders, Inc., of Northumberland PA for the construction of a
frame two story home, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
SEE ATTACHED LEGAL DESCRIPTION
NOW, August 17 , 2006, at the time of and immediately before
the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority
has been given by the said OWNER to the said CONTRACTOR to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the
same in consideration of the making of the said contract with
OWNER and the further consideration of One Dollar, to CONTRACTOR
paid by OWNER it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of
the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the
erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived,
WITNESS, our hand and seals the day and year aforesaid.

'. ALL THOSE TWO CERTAIN CONSOLIDATED 'TRACTS of land situate
in North Middletown Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
being more particularly bounded and described as follows: to
wit:
TRACT NO. I: BEGINNING at a stake on the Western side of
Spencer Baird Drive at corner common with land conveyed or
about to be conveyed to Robert B. Lamason and Dorothy M,
Lamason, his wife,
THENCE South 24 degrees East 60 feet along said drive to a
stake; thence South 64 1/2 degrees West 250 feet more or
less along lands now or formerly of Richard R, Kaseeta, et
ux. to a point at the edge of the Conodoguinet Creek; thence
generally North 60 feet along said Creek to a point; North
64 1/2 degrees East 250 feet more or less along said
Lamason land to a stake, the point of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 0.28 acres, more or less, according to a survey
dated November, 1965 by T.O. Bietsco, Registered Surveyor.
TRACT NO.2: BEGINNING at a point at the southeast corner of
lands now or formerly owned by Frank L. Fry Jr, and Gayle W. Fry:
thence, along the eastern property line of lands now or formerly
owned by Frank L. Jr. arid Gayle W. Fry North twenty-seven (27)
degrees fifty-seven (57) minutes forty-five (45) seconds West a
distance of one hundred zero hundredths (100.00) feet to a point;
thence, along the eastern property line of lands now or formerly
owned by Edgar M. Salisbury Jr. North twenty-seven (27) degrees
twenty-two (22) minutes forty-five (45) seconds West a distance
of sixty and zero hundredths (60.00) feet to a point; thence.
North sixty-one (61) degrees, nineteen (19)minutes fifty (50)
seconds East a distance of one hundred thirty-seven and sixty-nine
hundredths (137.69) feet to a point; thence South twenty-seven
(27) degrees sixteen (16) minutes forty-nine (49) seconds East a
distance of one hundred sixty-six and twenty-eight hundredths
(166.28) feet to a point; thence South sixty-three (63) degrees
fifty-seven (57) minutes thirty-four (34) seconds West a
distance of one hundred thirty-six and thirty-nine hundredths
(136.39) feet to a point said point being, the Place of
BEGINNING.
CONTAINING twenty two thousand three hundred eighty one
(22,381) square feet or fifty one hundredths (0.51) acres,
BEING lot addition 12 as shown on a Preliminary Final Land
Development Plan for Lands of Helen M. Kaseeta, dated November
23, 1999 with revision date of March 22,
2000, prepared by R, J.. Fisher & Associates, Inc" which was
approved May 26, 2000, by the North Middleton Township Board of
Commissioners, a copy of which is recorded in the

. Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
. Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 81 at Page 26.
BEING THE SAME PREMISIES which Edgar M. Salisbury and Lydia A.
Salisbury, his wife, by their deed dated January 14, 2005, and
recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office in
Book 267, Page 880, granted and conveyed to Michael S,
Salisbury, mortgagor herein.
