RECEIPT, RELEASE AND REFUNDING AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, Marjorie B. Dutrey, one ofthe residuary
legatees under the Last Will and Testament of Georgie R. Barrett, late of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, deceased, do hereby acknowledge upon receipt from Marjorie B. Dutrey,
Executrix, of my one-half(l/2) share of estate residue, in accordance with the Statement of Account
attached, a total distribution of Fourteen Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-six and 77/1 00 Dollars
($14,686.77), in full satisfaction and payment of my residuary legacy under the terms of said Last
Will and Testament.
AND, THEREFORE, I, the said Marjorie B. Dutrey, do by these presents remise, release,
quit-claim, and forever discharge the Executrix aforesaid, her heirs, executors and administrators,
of and from the aforesaid legacy, and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings,
claims and demands whatever, from the beginning of the world to the day of the date of these
presents.
AND, THEREFORE, desiring to avoid the delay and expense ofthe settlement of said Estate
by filing an Account of said administration in the Office of the Clerk ofthe Orphans' Court of said
County, and by having the balance in the hands of the Executrix as shown by said Account
distributed by the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Orphans' Court Division, I do
hereby agree that the foregoing statement concerning the matter of settlement may be recorded with
the same effect upon me as if the same had been reported upon by said Court, and a decree of
distribution made on such report by the said Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division.
AND, THEREFORE, in consideration of the aforesaid settlement being made without the
aid of such Court of Common Pleas - Orphans' Court Division, I, the said Marjorie B. Dutrey, do
hereby agree that if any debts or demands other than those included in the Statement of Account of
the said Marjorie B. Dutrey, Executrix ofthe Estate of Georgie R. Barrett, Deceased, as hereinbefore
set fOlih, shall be hereafter recovered against the Estate of said decedent and be legally payable out
ofthe same, to the extent of said distribution, I will return to the said Executrix such amount thereof
as may be necessary to pay such debts or demands.
AND I hereby consent and agree that the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County may
discharge the said Executrix upon application, without further notice to me.

legatees under the Last Will and Testament of Georgie R. Barrett, late of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, deceased, do hereby acknowledge upon receipt from Marjorie B. Dutrey,
Executrix, of my one-fourth (114) share of estate residue, in accordance with the Statement of
Account attached, a total distribution of Seven Thousand Three Hundred Forty-three and 39/1 00
Dollars ($7,343.39), in full satisfaction and payment of my residuary legacy under the terms of said
Last Will and Testament.
ANTI, THEREFORE, I, the said Steven W. Barrett, do by these presents remise, release, quit-
claim, and forever discharge the Executrix aforesaid, her heirs, executors and administrators, of and
from the aforesaid legacy, and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims
and demands whatever, from the beginning of the world to the day of the date of these presents.

legatees under the Last Will and Testament of Georgie R. Barrett, late of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, deceased, do hereby acknowledge upon receipt from Marjorie B. Dutrey,
Executrix, of my one-fourth (1/4) share of estate residue, in accordance with the Statement of
Account attached, a total distribution of Seven Thousand Three Hundred Forty-three and 39/100
Dollars ($7,343.39), in full satisfaction and payment of my residuary legacy under the terms of said

the Last Will and Testament of Georgie R. Barrett, late of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, deceased, do hereby acknowledge receipt from Marjorie B. Dutrey, Executrix, of the
following: AT&T and spin-off stocks as listed on September 30, 2005, Legg Mason statement
attached hereto, together with dividends and interest thereon, in full satisfaction and payment of my
specific legacy under the terms of said Last Will and Testament and Codicil thereto.
AND, THEREFORE, I, the said John W. Dutrey, do by these presents remise, release, quit-
claim, and forever discharge the said Executrix aforesaid, her heirs, executors and administrators,
of and from the aforesaid specific legacy, and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts,
reckonings, claims and demands whatever, from the beginning of the world to the day of the date
of these presents.

legatees under the Last Will and Testament of Georgie R. Barrett, late of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, deceased, do hereby acknowledge receipt from Marjorie B. Dutrey, Executrix,
of the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), in full satisfaction and payment of my specific
legacy under the terms of said Last Will and Testament.
AND, THEREFORE, I, the said Mary Ann Thewlis, do by these presents remise, release,
quit-claim, and forever discharge the said Executrix aforesaid, her heirs, executors and
administrators, of and fi-om the aforesaid specific legacy, and of and from all actions, suits,
